The main ways we use to help young people discover and develop their potential and give a positive impact on society is''activating leadership'', (turning the leadership). To achieve this, we offer over 5.000 practical experience leadership, trainings, conferences and many activities each year to develop personal, leadership and operational skills. |
The fact is that this global organization, with over 45.000 members in over 110 countries, run and take the student's life and give to it special features that makes AIESEC unique.This particular feature can give you the opportunity to develop and lead.
Some of the leadership opportunities that a person can take are:
- To lead or to join one of the groups that run the body;
- To join the prganization committee of a project from the body;
- To organize a workshop on a topic of interest.

This Team splits into internal and external communication. The main focus is increasing the popularity of AIESEC among students, companies as well as in our society. Thus, building up cooperations with different media-partners as well as a proper branding and communication of AIESEC are essential. To achieve this, the team is responsible for designing posters, flyers and Annual Report as well as improving our homepage. The goal is not only to be present outside of AIESEC, but also to inform our members about important events and issues in our Local Committee through IS-tools as newsletters, blogs and Wiki pages. |

Group resposable for greek and foreign students that are participating in the program. Members are responsable for ensuring that the intern have a comfortable experience. Also they had to find suitable greek students that are willing in going abroad. |

Group resposable for the communication and the relationships of the organization with business and nongovernmental organizations. Take a chance to see the world of business and all factors that can affect an organization. |

| This team is responsable for the members and the committee development. Also they are responsable for creating workshops, discussion topics, team buildings and learninig enviroments for every area. |

| The financial system is strongly embedded in the organization as a regulatory body that is responsible not only for controlling in financial means but consciously providing the financial frame for the plans and strategies of the organization. Finance Team has to be in very close, complete and prosperous cooperation with every team, to be able to enable to execute the organizational strategies and plans as well as to support improvement and sustainable progress. After being in finance team, you will also have the knowledge about auditing. |
