LEARNING ENVIRONMENT

AIESEC offers two ways to develop skills of its members:

  • Direct development by interacting with the learning environment of AIESEC;
  • Create personal development plans for skills. The plan is based on the results of a test, which is the database of the agency, one of the ways to assess our capabilities.

6 are the components of this learning environments offered by AIESEC:

Personal discovery - AIESEC as an organization and a structure has to offer you many suggestions and experiences through which you can discover things about your own self.

The experience of the team - Participation in the groups of the organization and interaction with other members can help you learn and improve your skills.

Discussion circles - Chain discussions on matters and subjects to the sphere of interest of members and the society we can help you find answers and pathways for those in trouble.

Conferences and seminars - In the world of AIESEC, more than 350 conferences are organizer a year, national and international, on many issues. Your participation in this offers you experience, knowledge and friends from around the world.

 
learn(5) Mentoring - The body is composed mainly of several individuals. The member finds someone who inspires him and receive advise from this person.
learn(6) Virtual spaces - The existence of common and global databases allows us to exchange knowledge and ideas with people from around the world at any time. Find out what's happening in the world with a simple click.
