through working without our international internship program. We have run our program for over 60
years and each year we enable thousands of partner companies to get access to talented students and
recent graduates. Through this program you can easily recruit an AIESEC member from any of our
member countries for your projects, expansions or recruitment needs.
The process of recruiting an AIESEC intern starts with a meeting with an AIESEC member who
will collect your requirements for the role in order to upload your profile to our global matching
database.
You can customize:
- Length (2-18 months) and starting date of the position
- Academic background, skills and experience required
- Language qualifications & region
AIESEC has offices in over 110 countries and can provide you talent from fields such as
Marketing, Finance, IT, Management, Engineering, Education and many more. As part of our program we
take care of all the practicalities in connection with the internship such as visas, apartments,
