The AIESEC internship is the most intense learning experience that we offer and is facilitated by our entire global network. Each year, we provide 16 000 students and recent graduates with the challenging opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in the areas of management, information technology, and development.

The AIESEC Internship Program has 4 streams:

• Management – internships related to administration, finance, accounting, marketing, project management and human resources
• Technical – internships related to management and development in web, software, IT and engineering.
• Development – internships focused on community and social development, usually with NGOs.
• Educational – internships related to promotion, curriculum development, teaching and counseling in the education sector
