| Do you want to give back to AIESEC Sweden? As an AIESEC alumnus you several possibilities.
Join conferences Three times per year, the members of AIESEC Sweden get together to learn and grow at a national gathering. At each conference there is an official dinner, where you as an alumnus are more than welcome to participate. Take the opportunity to meet current members, other alumni and get an energy boost from the spirit at the conference. Another option is to participate with your company. You can hold a session or join the mingle lunch during the day when companies are invited. Participate in Advisory Boards One excellent way to share your expertise is to become a member of an advisory board. There are both local and national boards which meet a handful of times per year to give input on the work that AIESEC in Sweden is doing. These boards are a highly valued source of feedback and inspiration. Participate in Review Boards Helping out during Review Board interviews is another option for you to give back to AIESEC. During these interviews, possible exchange participants are interviewed and evaluated. As an alumnus, your external perspective is sought-after and highly valued. Many alumni find it very rewarding to participate during these interviews for two reasons. First, you get a chance to once again participate in activities happening in a local committee.
