Each year AIESEC in Sweden hosts three conferences where our members
come together to develop leadership skills and learn from each other and from our partners.
As a partner for our conferences you can get access to this network of highly talented
students. Through hosting workshops together with our members you get to position your company as
an employer of choice for our students and recent graduates.
Attending our conferences is different from participating in a career fair or a company
presentation. We look for partners who are interested in creating interactive workshops, where a
real interaction and dialogue can be created.
The three engagement opportunities per year we offer are:
- Engage, October, 150 delegates
- Lead, January, 100 delegates
- Empower, March, 150 delegates
