The first part of the meeting will be a vote on this year's budget proposal. It is therefore very important that as many "old" AIESEC members as possible are present. Second part will be all the necessary information about the upcoming conference "Kick Off" (29th April to 2nd May). This includes detailed infos on travelling times and costs, coneference tracks and of course party themes!!! =) All new members please remember that the attendance of all LCMs is compulsory for you, it will also be a good opportunity to have all your questions about the "Kick Off" answered.
9th March 2010 LCM: Induction for new members and Party !!!The next local commitee will take placeThursday the 18th of March at 6 p.m. in the room 09-114!
The first part of the meeting (6 p.m.) will be reserved for the "induction" of the new members of AIESEC. They will be explained about the history and culture of AIESEC. In the second part of the meeting (6.45 p.m.), the new members will be introduced to the other members of AIESEC and to the members of their team. Philipp Heller, the president of Switzerland will be present and will hold a short speech!
There after is Party time!!! A house party is organised in order to get everybody to better know each other at Tannenstrasse 19. So bring with you drinks and a good mood!!!!
