Organigram of TM:
Talent Management is responsible for the recruiting of AIESEC St. Gallen’s members and LCM organisation. The “Talent Manager” is responsible for the “recruiting group” as well as the “coaching group”. The “recruitment group” will organise the marketing material for the recruitment of new members and effectuate the interviews. The “coaching group” will help members fixe personal learning goals, will be responsible for the members development within AIESEC and supervise them. “LCM Organizer” helps the EB (Executive Board) to organize “Local Committee Meetings” (LCM) by providing them with learning partners and speakers, therefore offering St. Gallen’s members trainings and cultural awareness opportunities during the LCMs. Organigram Marketing:
The Marketing group is responsible for the management of AIESEC St. Gallen’s brand image and its communication (internally and externally). The PRM is responsible for the communication of AIESEC St. Gallen’s activities and projects. The following communication means will be used in order to maintain good public relations; different student newspapers such as Prisma, Facebook and AIESEC St. Gallen’s website. The Chief Designer is responsible for the design of all AIESEC St. Gallen publicity material (flyers, posters, T-shirt designs etc.) The Marketing event group is responsible for organising internal events for the AIESEC members in order to establish a good team spirit and has as well the possibility to organize external events such as Global Village to increase global awareness.
Organigram Exchange:
Exchange team is responsible for the outgoing process of the students. This team is in charge of recruiting and selecting students for an international internship. Tasks include promoting the internship program, evaluating applications and interviewing suitable candidates. After the selection process the team members organize an Exchange Seminar to explain AIESEC to the exchange participant. Finally EP-Managers are in charge of coaching the exchange participant in the search for an internship. As a member of the Exchange Team, first you become an EP- Manager. Additionally, you support the whole selection process and you have the opportunity be a responsible person for one of the parts stated below. Your opportunities as a member of the Exchange team contains establishing an international network of contacts, an experience in HR processes and you become an expert in the outgoing process of the Exchange to match yourself very fast and effectively in the future. |
