The name of the project award is to commemorate outstanding deceased AIESEC student leaders
who excelled with their international contribution to AIESEC in emerging countries.
AIESEC International received 17 applications of very diverse and innov
ative projects in 2007, and the project "Eureka" from AIESEC in India was
finally recognized as the award winner at IC 2007 in Turkey.

About The Eureka Project:
The Entrepreneurship Learning Network provides a platform for
youth who are aspiring entrepreneurs from across the world to connect with corporate houses,
entrepreneurs, non profit organizations, networks, and others interested in the issue of
entrepreneurship to develop understanding, knowledge and skills of the issue.
AIESEC recognizes that the economic progress of a country is
dependent on the strength and vitality of its entrepreneurs. Through this network AIESEC aims to
shape the future population into effective contributors to the global society. “Eureka” will bring
together these different stakeholders on a common platform through physical and virtual forums with
the objective of impacting the issue of entrepreneurship.
