Board of Advisors (ABAS)

Training and mentoring of AIESEC members at National Conferences and through attendance at ABAS meetings and individual meetings with MC for follow up and support.

During past National Conferences, Joachim has been there to give an overview of our Current Reality and to follow up on the results of the Change Process. He also presented an incentive program and invited all members achieving their exchange goals for an all expenses paid day of seminars and training in Stockholm.
