Exchange participants getting involved into Local Committees reality

If you’ve passed through all the stages presented above it means now you are enjoying your time and discovering a new culture in a country that challenges you in ways you never imagined.

As an exchange participant you have the opportunity to develop further on your skills and competencies and get involved into the local committee.

These are couple of examples of what you can do. Please make sure that you take advantage of them!

• You can help the Local Committee with your knowledge and experience by providing trainings to the members

• You can get involved in different projects as a coach or even as a organizer of the event or of the agenda of the event

• You can be a part of a Trainee council to help the Committee to provide the best services to the other trainees

• You can be a mentor for some of the members from AIESEC and help them discover themselves and their ambitions

• You can get take an active role in your learning by talking with AIESEC about your expectations and needs

• You can be an ambassador of your country and take part in the events that AIESEC is organizing (conferences, reception weekends etc.)
