- Relevance of exchange to AIESEC identity and vision (link to identity toolkit and @ 2010)
- How to be an AIESEC ambassador- in the workplace and host country (link to examples of sessions)
- Expectations for AIESEC involvement in the host LC (link to document on expectations settings)
- Understanding of the Exchange Policies, complaint procedures, and contractual obligations
- Overview of the exchange measurement system and/or evaluations
- Set and review personal goals for the internship
- During their internship they should have a minimum of 4 goal reviews:
- At the beginning of their internship having as main objective: Re-set the goals for their internship
- In the middle of their internship having as main objectives: Review the goals they set at the beginning of the internship & set their goals for the next three months
- At the end of their internship
- # months after the internship having as main objective: Review the goals set at the end of the internship and evaluate the impact their exchange experience had on them.
