Coaching for Peak Performance Program
AIESEC and one of the top globally ranked business schools, the Henley Business School come together to create the “AIESEC – Henley Coaching for Peak Performance Program 2009”. It is a four-day executive leadership development program which is based on experiential learning. In these times of worldwide economic turmoil the requirement to develop individuals who can lead and manage teams to such success is more important than ever. The uniqueness of this program lies in connection of Henley Business School expertise with youth leaders from 107 countries around the world. Topics covered: • How coaching fits into the role of a manager and leader, and what it contributes to business performance • Introduction to the concept of non-directive coaching, using juggling to demonstrate and practice it • Introduction and practice of a simple coaching model • Introduction and practice of a simple model of giving and receiving feedback The program consists of 3-day executive training. On the fourth day the managers, who have undergone the coaching training, apply their learning from the previous three days by acting as trainers themselves. Between them they will deliver coaching skills workshops to over 700 delegates at the AIESEC’s annual International Conference. This is a diverse university student and graduate audience aged between 21-25 years, currently managing national offices across the 107 country AIESEC network. We are searching for a group of 30 corporate managers who will sponsor their participation in this leadership development program. Benefits for the participating Corporate Partners: • Improve individual managers impact in high performance teams • Develop emotional intelligence and leadership courage • Equip individuals to manage increasingly diverse management development requirements • Increase employer branding within the high-potential international student market. • Learn unfamiliar content and deliver it within a short period of time. • Develop multicultural and communication skills as both the facilitators team and the audience are highly diverse If you are an organisation or an individual interested in participating in the program, please contact Walter Heredia, VP External Relations, AIESEC International – walterh (at) ai.aiesec.org |
