Now that you have learned about what AIESEC is in your Introduction stage, it’s time to take on a role in the organization. There are many possible opportunities, and together with these roles in AIESEC, comes the learning of useful skills that benefit you later in your working life.

You can learn skills such as project management, public speaking, strategic planning, marketing, selling, facilitating, problem solving etc. Our members learn by doing, getting support and working together with others that have more advanced skills and experience.
