We have a complex and performing system that we use in terms of communication with our ALUMNI. Our local committee has always tried to have a close relation with our ALUMNI, therefore communication has had a very important role. We have a group on Yahoo where all our 120 Alumni are subscribed and where they can keep in touch with each other.

Also, through this group they can read the monthly newsletter containing the latest news about AIESEC and give feed-back on them. We also contact and inform them through personal emails by the Alumni Responsible in order to give them a global view of the things that happen in AIESEC at the moment.

Through our meetings (regular ones, BOA, Alumni Congress), ALUMNI can find out more about the AIESEC projects, about the latest trends like @XP and give feed-back on all of them. Also, through these meetings we can facilitate the interaction between ALUMNI and AIESEC members in order to find out more about each other. Our database is one updated in a percentage of 90% and has been restructured this year and it contains the info about Alumni.

Having the Alumni near the organization is a very important thing from almost all points of view, that's why we try through our activities to keep them close to us and update them with all the things new that happen.
