In the last five years I had the chance to have by my side a terrific team! I do not only refer to the vision of this organization, or the values it promotes. I especially refer to the young people that make it happen. I believe they earn their success because of their own potential. I must confess I have always been impressed not only by their action and their projects, but also by their attitude and the principles they promote. We all know it is not easy at all, notwithstanding they always succeed in changing things around them, and this is what matters the most. For everything they do, for such exceptional young people they are, I owe my very respect and admiration.
