Global Talent Sourcing

Recruit high quality young talent for your HR needs, while bringing a diverse perspective to your company

The International Internships Program gives you access to cost effective and qualified interns from over 100 countries around the world. Whether you are looking to expand into a new market or have a specific project you have in mind and would like talented global interns to work on realizing that idea. You decide: Length of internship, Type of internship (Management, IT, Development or Education), Skill set, Language background. We take care of all the logistics and provide you with a highly qualified AIESEC intern who has been carefully screened through our rigorous assessment centre.

Many partnerships were realized across the past years both SMEs and Multinationals including: AMIDEAST, DHL, Lifecare, Microsoft, PwC, UNESCO are a few names.

 

Egyptian Leadership Development

Get involved in leadership development of highly qualified young people who will soon enter the job market. Attend and interact with all AIESEC members across Egypt in 5 different conferences in the year with 2-3 different types of audiences depending on the conference. Leadership development partners play an integral role in the personal and professional development of AIESEC members. Involvement also includes:

Mentoring

Soft skills training in National Conferences

Membership interviews

 

Through sponsorship gain access to conference as Speakers and/or Trainers.

Egyptian Community-Project Sponsor

If your CSR strategy for a better Egypt is targeted towards the support of specific issues, AIESEC Egypt will run at the start of 2009 community based projects around Increasing Entrepreneurship skills in youth, Education Development and NGO Development in 2008-2009 – and we are currently looking for financial supporters to cover the budget of these projects. If these 3 topics do not target your current needs, other community based projects/topics you propose can be reviewed by a local chapter to see whether capacity and corporate investment size match the needed resources to the project successfully.

Egyptian Ambassador Program
