When Interbrew and AmBev merged in 2004, InBev was born and is now the No. 1

The GLOBAL Exchange Partnership.
InBev isi looking for recent graduates that will enter the company via the AIESEC
talent pipeline. The ultimate goal of the partnership is to develop interns who will evolve to
become future leaders in the company. This requires ambitious people open to international
experience, ready to contribute their ideas and reveal their talents at InBev. These are also
people who can transcend their areas of speciality, willing to take on a challenge with wider
responsibilities.
More importantly for young graduates, InBev is an environment that fosters personal development, providing interns the opportunity to work in an international arena - as essential step in establishing a sound career in today’s global marketplace
InBev decided to be a part of AIESEC’s Global Exchange Program in July 2004. The
program has grown since its inception, and now offers 25 internships a year to AIESEC applicants.
