AIESEC, the world’s largest student-run organization, is the international platform
for young people to explore and develop their potential to have a positive impact on society.
AIESEC offers a wide range of educational and professional, as well as personal development
opportunities to its members. These opportunities are a way to integrate future businessmen and
businesswomen, with global worldview, into their local community. Being a international
organization enables AIESEC members to profile themselves as globally-minded, responsible leaders
on all levels of society, from their private life to non-profit and corporate sector. This globally
oriented mindset that AIESEC creates is a result of using our international network to bring ideas
from one part of the world and implement them in our community. We want to create a positive impact
on society!

education, AIESEC Croatia has over 55 years of experience in developing high-potential students to become responsible leaders of the future.
AIESEC’s innovative development process consists of unmatched leadership experiences and global internships.
Numbers speak for themselves - AIESEC is a global network run by 35 000
students and recent graduates who are active in 1700 universities across 107 countries and
territories. Our organization offers 7500 leadership opportunities annually. In Croatia we are
active on five locations: Split, Zagreb, Rijeka, Osijek and Varaždin.
One of AIESEC’s primary activities is offering opportunities of international
internships in all the countries and territories AIESEC is active. For over 50 years companies have
relied on the Global Internship Program to meet their employment needs by gaining access to a
global talent pool of the best and brightest young responsible leaders. The Global Internship
Program is a tailored and reliable turnkey recruitment and community integration process for high
quality international internships. Companies of all sizes have used the Global Internship Program
to build their leadership pipeline, increase their competitiveness, and fuel their innovation. This
way, on a global level our organization provides over 5,500 members with the challenging
opportunity to live and work in a foreign country in areasof management, technology, education, and
development and build a cultural understanding and their network of contacts and
friendships.
