AIESEC is living leadership

AIESEC has over 60 years of experience in developing high-potential students into globally-minded responsible leaders. This experience derives from our unique partnership with business and higher education.

AIESEC is a global, non-political and not-for-profit organisation run by students and recent graduates from institutions of higher education. AIESEC focuses on developing and promoting youth leadership through its international exchange program, conferences and professional training activities.
