This is the description of what our teams are doing in AIESEC
Lausanne
-Exchange
They find a student profile that fits to Swiss companies’
critereas.
They get in touch with foreign students who will come to work in
Swiss companies for an internship.
They help the interns to be well integrated in Switzerland.
They keep in touch with the interns who live there.
-Career Days
They organize the biggest career fair in Romandie.
They get it touch with big companies and organizations (PWC, Red
Cross, KPMG, the U.N. , etc…).
They promote the fair around the university and in the city.
-Events Organization
They organize conferences and workshops about different subjects as
CSR, HIV/AIDS, Energy, ...
They organize parties and meetings with the other comities in
Switzerland.
-Global Village
They organize a fair in the university with many stands that
represent countries from all over the world
-External Relations
They contact companies, looking for sponsors ,companies that wants
interns,…
They keep in touch with AIESEC Alumnis
They promote AIESEC Lausanne in the medias
-Talent management and Human Resources
They take care of the members in the comity.
They plane and take care of the recruitment.
They manage the teams’ members in order to keep the comity
efficient.
